AM Yoga

Our AM Yoga class introduces the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. This beginner friendly class can be adapted to all skill and endurance levels.

PM Yoga

Our PM Yoga class includes combinations of meditation, breathwork, and energizing movement. This 45-minute class begins with gentler movements to warm-up the body, then progresses into a more challenging flow of sequences, including standing poses, balances, inversions, and peak poses. This beginner friendly class can be adapted to all skill and endurance levels.

AM Splash

Our AM Splash water aerobics class can be adapted for any skill or endurance level. In this no to low impact workout we use both shallow and deep water to build overall strength and cardiovascular endurance. You can increase resistance with use of our equipment: water weights, kick-boards, noodles, and more!

Silver Strength

Silver Strength is a Silver Sneakers exercise program that is specifically designed for individuals over 55. Our program is encouraging, informing, and educating. It promotes health & fitness, exercise & flexibility, and wellness & nutrition. Join us today to improve your health, meet new people, and have fun!
