Our YMCA offers multiple classes geared towards health and fitness. Most classes are group based. All classes range from beginner to advanced. If your new at it or have been doing it for a while come and join in our fun and we will make you feel welcome. If you are a member of the YMCA try any class the first time for free.

This class is a variety of total body conditioning that involves both strength and cardio exercise. Designed to change each week to target all major muscle groups in a variety of ways. We utilize a mixture of dance and movements to get your heart rate up and keep you moving and grooving. This class is suited for both the beginner and the fitness fanatic. You set your own bar for how hard you want to push yourself. Have fun, learn new dance moves, and get your workout in at the same time.
