Group Exercise (Group X) & Water Aerobics
Our YMCA offers multiple classes geared towards health and fitness. Most classes are group based. All classes range from beginner to advanced. If your new at it or have been doing it for a while come and join in our fun and we will make you feel welcome. If you are a member of the YMCA try any class the first time for free.
AM SPLASH
A moderate to high intensity workout for strength and cardiovascular endurance.
Conducted in both shallow and deep water.
Equipment used water weights, kick-boards, noodles, and other equipment.

Barre
Barre class is a rigorous workout that blends elements from different exercise styles including ballet, pilates, and yoga. You can expect barre class to address multiple areas of your body, including your arms, legs, core, and glutes.

We utilize a mixture of dance and movements to get your heart rate up and keep you moving and grooving. This class is suited for both the beginner and the fitness fanatic. You set your own bar for how hard you want to push yourself. Have fun, learn new dance moves, and get your workout in at the same time.
