We now offer an AM session of Tai Chi!

Our Tai Chi/Chi Kung class is lead by Master Darryl Khalid and is a system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial-arts training. Join us in developing balance, strength and flexibility. And connecting in body, mind and spirit.

  • AM Tai Chi: Mondays and Wednesdays, 10:00 – 10:30 AM
  • PM Tai Chi: Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:30-7:00 PM
  • Classes held at the Rathbun Lake Area YMCA Classroom
  • Fees: $20 for Members, $41 for Non Members
