Our Tai Chi/Chi Kung class is lead by Master Darryl Khalid and is a system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial-arts training. This once-a-week class is a great opportunity to center yourself at the end of a long week. Join us in developing balance, strength and flexibility. And connecting in body, mind and spirit.
