The RLA YMCA, as part of the 641 League, provides a travel, co-ed soccer program for the community. In this program players build their skills to play at a competitive level. The 641 League includes: Centerville, Ottumwa, Oskaloosa, Fairfield, Mount Pleasant, and Washington.

FALL 2026 DETAILS:

Some players will move up an age group in the fall!

• SEASON: August 24th – Late October, TBD by 641 League
  • Details determined based on volunteer coach availability and 641 League schedules. Details will be posted in the Band groups as they become available.
• Teams: Players register and play at-level according to Iowa Soccer Association age matrix.
  • 8U: please register in the rec program.
  • 10U born 2017-2018
  • 12U born 2015-2016
  • 14U born 2012-2014 (includes all 8th graders, even if born before 2012)
  • High School born 2008-2011 (Fall season only)
• PRACTICE: Typically Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30pm.
  • Practice duration varies by age group as determined by coaches.
  • Details determined based on volunteer coach availability and will be posted in the Band groups.
• GAMES: The game schedule is determined by the 641 League.
  • All details will be posted in the Band groups as they become available to the YMCA.
• JERSEY: $30
  • As part of the uniform, players are asked to wear black shorts and socks for games. (shorts/socks not included with jersey)

• Please note, weekend travel (Saturdays) and parent volunteerism are required for home games/tournaments.
